Payment and Cancellations

Unfortunately, in light of the many struggles providers are having in obtaining payments from insurance companies, I will not be accepting insurance.  For patients with insurance however, once payment is made, you will have the option to print out your receipt with all the information needed for reimbursement from your insurer, depending on your specific plan.

Payment for services is required in full prior to booking the session through the online booking portal.  Sessions that need to be canceled and/or rescheduled 24+ hours in advance of their booked session time, will be refunded the full amount of their session.  Sessions canceled or “no showed”, less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, will forfeit their session fee and will not be refunded.
